Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on b677 or by using any feature of the b677 platform — including browsing game catalogues, viewing odds, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the platform.

Your continued use of b677 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, b677 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notice. However, the responsibility for reviewing these Terms periodically rests with the Player.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the b677 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and b677 in relation to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the b677 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of b677 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the b677 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a b677 account closed or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are registering with your own genuine personal details, and the payment method you use to deposit belongs to you personally.

Age Verification

b677 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Where b677 has reasonable grounds to believe a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned minus any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play, in accordance with applicable responsible gaming standards.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the b677 platform. Duplicate accounts — defined as two or more accounts held by the same individual, sharing the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. b677 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account identified will be closed, and associated balances may be voided at b677's discretion.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. b677 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading registration data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b677 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. b677 recommends enabling 2FA on your account and using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

Any activity conducted under your b677 account — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus claims — is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact b677 support immediately at [email protected]. b677 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the b677 platform — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b677 does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions made in BDT. Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported at this time.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your b677 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is instant, but processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and time of day.
• b677 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts not matching your KYC identity may be returned and your account may be flagged for review.
• b677 reserves the right to request evidence of a deposit transaction (e.g., a bKash transaction ID or bank confirmation) if there is a dispute about whether a deposit was received.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control.
• b677 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's own processing times.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed KYC verification. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of verification.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where b677 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, b677 will notify the player and may request additional documentation.
• b677 does not deduct fees from player withdrawals, though your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply receiving charges that are outside b677's control.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

b677 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are available to players who have completed the KYC verification process and who are in good standing with their b677 account.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a b677 account at any one time. If a player claims a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, the existing bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• b677 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. This includes correcting errors in bonus calculations or recovering bonus funds credited incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets across accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses issued as part of the b677 VIP programme (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black Diamond tiers) are subject to separate VIP programme terms communicated to eligible players directly.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on b677, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b677 platform:

• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with b677 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any b677 game, odds feed, or account management function.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors in your favour without immediately reporting the issue to b677 support.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other product category.
• Using the b677 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the b677 platform, its game content, or its underlying software.
• Opening or operating more than one b677 account simultaneously or registering after a previous account has been closed for Terms violations.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your b677 account by any third party.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards b677 staff or other players through any communication channel.

b677 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: issuing a formal warning, suspending or permanently closing the account, voiding wagers and associated winnings, withholding funds pending investigation, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the b677 platform — including but not limited to the b677 name, logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of b677 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Game content (including slot reels, live studio environments, and branded game assets) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and is used by b677 under licence. These providers retain full ownership of their respective content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the b677 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, publish, distribute, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any b677 content; use b677 trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written consent; or access the b677 platform for any commercial purpose.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b677 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the b677 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, software updates, or third-party service outages.
• Loss of data resulting from technical faults on your own device, browser, or internet connection.
• Errors in game results caused by third-party game provider systems, provided b677 applies the correction procedure described below.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction — defined as a technical fault that produces an incorrect game result or an incorrect payout calculation — b677 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Wins accumulated during a malfunction will not be paid. b677 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct malfunctions promptly and to notify affected players.

Platform Availability

b677 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. b677 is not liable for any loss — including missed betting opportunities — arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

b677 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where b677 determines in good faith that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• The player's account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or other criminal behaviour.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of the platform.
• The player has not completed KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Closure is required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their b677 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Where a voluntary closure is requested, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome before the final balance is calculated.

Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling behaviour is causing harm may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting b677 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During any active self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended, all marketing communications are halted, and login is disabled. b677 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will action them promptly — typically within one hour of a confirmed request during support hours.

Section 10

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b677 operates as an international online entertainment platform and provides services to players in Bangladesh. By using b677, you agree that any dispute will first be subject to the internal dispute resolution process described below before any external escalation.

Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with b677 — relating to a game result, a payment, a bonus, an account action, or any other matter — you must first contact the b677 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting transaction IDs or screenshots.

b677 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to providing a substantive resolution response within 10 business days. Where a complaint requires third-party provider investigation (e.g., a game provider audit of a disputed round), the resolution timeline may be extended, and b677 will keep the player informed of progress.

Dispute Deadlines

Any dispute relating to a specific game round, bet settlement, or transaction must be raised with b677 support within 30 calendar days of the event in question. b677 will not investigate disputes relating to events that occurred more than 30 days prior to the formal complaint, as game and transaction logs may no longer be available in sufficient detail.

Amendments to These Terms

b677 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version at b677.club/terms-conditions. The revised Terms are effective from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the b677 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
